Number 9 in our Student Film Month is this charming short animation from Aparajita R, submitted to us from Canada. Trunkated is a film set in a surreal world of floating elephants and motherships. It follows the story of one such elephant that falls down onto unfamiliar land, and his journey back where he belongs. The seventh film to feature in our Student Film Month is this short from independent animator Michael Hughes, produced as his degree film from the Edinburgh College of Art in 2005. ‘Adore’ is an emotive tale of a boy on the threshold of love and affection.
