• Cannes in a Van regrets that it cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to tapes, DVDs or digital devices while they are on loan to us.

• You are the sole author of, or the absolute legal and beneficial owner of all rights of copyright in the material, free from any right or interest of any third party conditional or otherwise.

• You must have the necessary clearance for the music soundtrack.

• If selected, the film may be shown at ‘Cannes in a Van Presents’ events.
