Independent Cannes: Interview with Welcome to the Majority director Russell Owen

During The Cannes Film Festival 2013, Cannes in a Van spoke to independent filmmakers about their experiences in Cannes and beyond. This is a short interview with ex-storyboard artist-turned-director Russell Owen who screened his short Anglesey Road this year at Cannes in a Van.
